David is the founder and president of Creative Business Breakthroughs, where he designs and leads strategic planning sessions for businesses and nonprofits; creates customized management development programs for chief executive officers and their leadership teams; and leads annual strategic planning processes and coordinates cross-functional change efforts, innovation seminars, and exploration events. Previously, McIntosh was part of the leadership team at the Cap Gemini Ernst & Young Center for Business Innovation. He created and led the CBI Network, a community of innovators in 15 countries. David has also taught courses for the Harvard’s Division of Continuing Education. He is co-author of The Art of Business, and has worked with groups throughout the world on innovation, the synthesis of work and art, and future trends. He holds an A.B. in Economics and an M.B.A. from Harvard University.
